Things to bring list:

• 4 port power board
• Category 6 network cable (Minimum 5 metres) If you bring a Cat5 you will only receive 10/100 speeds not 10/100/1000, up to you (5m Cat6 cables will be sold at the door at a reduced price for people that dont have one).
• Cash for lunch and dinner orders, soft drinks and small snacks will be sold at the door.

Things to do before the LAN:

• Download DC++ and Hash all the data you wish to share. 50gb minimum share size will be placed on the server. This does not mean share your "C:\Windows" and "Prgram files" directory. Download DC++ v0.750 here It does take a bit of time to hash your shares so please do this before the lan event.
• Update all games that wish to be played with current patches.

Highlights

• There will be preset times for Domino's pizza orders which will be organised with Admin. These can be setup on the day of the event.

• If you would like to bring items forsale to leave at admin this will also be possible to advertise your unwanted gear.
• Drink deals will be offered on the day. Buying bulk can packs for a reduced price which we will keep cool for you while you game.

Lan Upgrades/Updates

• Upto 24mbit internet access at lans allowing web browsing, msn and online game play (bandwidth permitting).
• 10gbit trunking between switches allowing a higher speeds and less latency.
